据新华社电从8月1日起，在白天驶入瑞典首都斯德哥尔摩市中心的车辆必须交纳交通拥堵费。斯德哥尔摩市市政当局认为，此举有助于缓解交通拥堵和提高空气质量。　　按照规定，凡在6时30分至18时30分之间驶入斯德哥尔摩市中心的车辆，都要交纳交通拥堵费，费用从10到20瑞典克朗(约合1.4至3美元)不等。　　去年9月，斯德哥尔摩市民公决批准了收取交通拥堵费的提议。今年6月20日，斯德哥尔摩市议会批准了这一措施。该措施自8月1日起正式执行。　　去年，该措施在斯德哥尔摩市试行了7个月。据德新社报道，试行期间，斯市市中心交通流量减少了20%，空气质量明显改善。　　为鼓励居民改乘 onclick="activateYQinl(this);return false;" href="http://www.iask.com/n?k=%B9%AB%B9%B2%BD%BB%CD%A8" target=_blank>公共交通工具，避免因开车出行而交纳交通拥堵费，斯德哥尔摩市有关部门延长了市区和郊区的公共交通路线。
