中国日报网环球在线消息：俄罗斯海军发言人7月27日称，俄一艘核潜艇26日在维修时发生“小规模爆炸”，但没有造成人员伤亡和辐射泄露。　　据俄罗斯媒体报道，俄罗斯北海舰队的一艘核潜艇26日在白海北德文斯克港的一个修船所进行维修，由于气压突然增加导致压载箱(潜水艇的沉浮箱)被损毁。俄军方表示，这只是“小事故”，毁坏的设施会很快修理好。而北德文斯克港一名未透露姓名的官员称，爆炸造成舰艇25平方米的外壳受损。　　据悉，在事故发生时，核潜艇上的核反应堆已被关闭，燃料也被移走，以便进行维修。因此，爆炸没有造成放射性物质泄漏。当地的环境监察局27日表示，该区的辐射量没有超出正常标准。事发地点与挪威相邻，挪威环保部门负责人说，未侦测到辐射量有任何增加。　　 onclick="activateYQinl(this);return false;" href="http://www.iask.com/n?k=%B6%ED%C2%DE%CB%B9%C7%B1%CD%A7" target=_blank>俄罗斯潜艇近年来事故频发，虽然潜艇正不断改良，但有很多已超出正常的使用年限。2000年8月12日，俄罗斯海军北方舰队“库尔斯克”号核潜艇在巴伦支海参加 onclick="activateYQinl(this);return false;" href="http://www.iask.com/n?k=%BE%FC%CA%C2%D1%DD%CF%B0" target=_blank>军事演习时失事沉没，艇上118名海军官兵全部遇难。　　2005年8月4日，俄罗斯一艘AS-28小型潜艇在堪察加半岛附近海域执行任务时发生故障，被困于水下190米深处。在英国无人驾驶深水装置“天蝎”的救助下，该潜艇7日浮出水面，7名艇员全部幸运生还。　　2006年9月，俄罗斯北方舰队的“圣丹尼尔”号核潜艇在巴伦支海执行预定任务时发生火灾，导致两名船员死亡，一名船员受伤。据悉，失火潜艇是一艘维克托-3级核潜艇，建造于1988年，载员85人。1994年，这艘潜艇曾经远征北极，使俄罗斯在那里插上了象征俄罗斯海军的圣安德鲁旗。(康娟)
